Tennis star Venus Williams is well-known for her flamboyant fashion choices, taking the court in all types of provocative outfits. But Williams, who dabbles in design when she's not swinging a racquet, almost suffered an embarrassing moment during an exhibition match in the Italian fashion capital of Milan last month. Wearing one of her own creations, Williams had to be quick to cover up when a strap on her dress snapped.
